Robert graduated in 1976 from Loyola University College of Law. Robert served as the Ad Hoc First Parish Court judge in. He was elected to the Louisiana House of Representatives from 1988-1992. Robert has been an attorney practicing primarily in the areas of general business relationships, criminal defense, family law, estate planning, personal injury and general civil litigation.
Robert successfully served in the U.S. Army Reserve 692nd Maintenance Battalion for six years and received a honorable discharge in 1974. Robert Robert has been active in the Coastal Conservation Association since 1986 and sponsored the legislation to have Redfish protected from commercial overfishing.
In his leisure, Robert serves as an active member of Ducks Unlimited and served as State Chairman of Ducks Unlimited in 2012.
